At Lanzeproperties, we aim to provide independence and security for people with disabilities allowing them to stay in their home. By installing access ramps, safety rails or other access features, we hope to provide independence for those living with disabilities.

Lanzeproperties employs a team of local Nsw maintenance people, including multi-discipline experienced tradespeople and administration staff. In addition to its permanent workforce, Lanzeproperties coordinates an extensive network of local sub-contractors. With such a large crew on hand, we can control jobs more thoroughly and have our tradesmen on-site when needed. Our in-house tradespeople includes carpenters, joiners, plumbers, painters, plasterers, bricklayers, concreters, cleaners and garden, maintenance specialists.

We hold all appropriate insurances, licences and certificates and ensure our network of tradespeople and sub-contractors follow all required regulations and standards.
